基本的な清掃費は宿泊料金に含まれておりますが、ペット同伴、大人数での利用、著しい汚れが発生した場合などには、追加清掃費（1滞在あたり3,000〜5,000円）を別途ご請求させていただく可能性がございます。/Basic cleaning fees are included in the room rate, but additional cleaning fees (3,000-5,000 yen per stay) may be charged separately in the case of guests with pets, large groups of guests, or significant soiling.
また、1か月以上の長期滞在のお客様には、チェックイン前に家賃1か月分の保証金（デポジット）をお支払いいただきます。
破損や過度な汚れ等がなければ、チェックアウト後約1か月以内に全額を返金いたします。/For guests staying longer than one month, a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent must be paid in advance, prior to check-in.
If there is no damage or excessive soiling, the full amount will be refunded within approximately one month after check-out.
