基本的な清掃費は宿泊料金に含まれておりますが、ペット同伴、大人数での利用、著しい汚れが発生した場合などには、追加清掃費（1滞在あたり3,000〜5,000円）を別途ご請求させていただく可能性がございます。/Basic cleaning fees are included in the room rate, but additional cleaning fees (3,000〜5,000 yen per stay) may be charged separately in the case of guests with pets, large groups of guests, or significant soiling.
また、1か月以上の長期滞在のお客様には、チェックイン前に家賃1か月分の保証金（デポジット）をお支払いいただきます。
破損や過度な汚れ等がなければ、チェックアウト後約1か月以内に全額を返金いたします。/For guests staying longer than one month, a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent must be paid in advance, prior to check-in.
If there is no damage or excessive soiling, the full amount will be refunded within approximately one month after check-out.
