基本的な清掃費は宿泊料金に含まれております。ただし、ペット同伴、または通常以上の清掃が必要となる場合には、追加清掃費（1滞在あたり3,000〜5,000円）を別途ご請求させていただく場合がございます。/ Basic cleaning fees are included in the accommodation fee. However, additional cleaning charges (¥3,000〜¥5,000 per stay) may apply for guests with pets or situations requiring extra cleaning beyond normal use.
また、1か月以上の長期滞在のお客様には、チェックイン前に家賃1か月分の保証金（デポジット）をお支払いいただいております。
破損や過度な汚れ等がなければ、チェックアウト後約1か月以内に全額ご返金いたします。/For stays longer than one month, a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required before check-in.
The deposit will be fully refunded within approximately one month after check-out, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.
